DoDo Milan Client Advisor position, €25,000 annual salary. Luxury jewelry retail role with CRM focus, health insurance, and Kering Group discounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate passion and expertise as a DoDo brand ambassador during all client interactions
  • Master brand heritage, product knowledge, and storytelling to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure retail environment both front and back of house
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM tools and clientelling strategies to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals by monitoring KPIs and utilizing business applications
  • Welcome and support customers through the entire purchase journey, highlighting product features and emotional narratives
  • Participate actively in team activities and maintain a positive work environment
  • Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Adhere to DoDo grooming standards and company policies regarding professionalism and presentation
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak retail periods while maintaining service quality

Experience
