Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the values and philosophy of DoDo.
- Manage client relations by identifying customer needs and ensuring exceptional service.
- Maintain product presentation standards both in front and back of house.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve boutique goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize CRM tools to develop long-term customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors to enhance client interactions.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion or jewelry retail.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
