Pomellato seeks a Client Advisor in London (Harrods) to deliver personalised luxury jewellery sales and client relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, professional in-store service to clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Prospect, recruit and develop a loyal client base through active clienteling and relationship management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value and repeat business.
- Provide expert product advice and styling guidance, presenting jewellery with attention to detail and brand standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities using CRM and internal tools; manage administrative tasks via MS Office and Outlook.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to reflect Pomellato brand aesthetics and Harrods standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to share market intelligence, client feedback and best practices.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a client-facing sales role within a customer-service focused environment, ideally luxury retail or jewellery.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury goods and contemporary fashion.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and proven negotiation ability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-oriented approach and positive, team-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.

1–3 years of direct client-facing sales experience in a service-led retail environment, preferably within luxury jewellery or fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in luxury retail, sales or a related discipline preferred.
