Pomellato seeks a Client Advisor at Harrods, London — manage client relationships and drive sales for the luxury jewellery maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate client relationships to deliver personalised, high‑quality service throughout the customer journey.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored product advice to optimise satisfaction and conversion.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by communicating Pomellato’s values, aesthetics and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Proactively develop and recruit new clientele and maintain loyalty among existing customers to maximise sales.
  • Execute professional sales techniques, including negotiation and closing, to achieve individual and boutique targets.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow up on opportunities to ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a client‑facing sales role within a customer service‑centric environment, preferably luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury, fashion and jewellery; strong product sensibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude and ability to collaborate within a team.
