Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Pomellato brand at the point of sale, embodying the maison’s values and visual standards in all client interactions.
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey by advising on collections, materials, styling and product care tailored to individual needs.
- Present and merchandise the collection according to brand guidelines, ensuring an elevated and consistent boutique experience.
- Drive sales performance by proactively converting footfall into transactions and contributing to store-level sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain client records and follow up using CRM best practices to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Support boutique operations including stock management, receiving, loss prevention, and execution of in-store events or private appointments.
- Deliver outstanding after-sales service, including basic product maintenance guidance and coordination of repairs with the maison’s ateliers.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal skills with a client-first, service-oriented approach.
- Demonstrable retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods or jewellery.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Attention to detail in product presentation and boutique standards.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail or client advisory experience in luxury fashion or jewellery; experience with high-ticket client relationships and private appointments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificate in retail, sales or jewellery is a plus.
