Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients warmly upon arrival at the boutique, embodying Pomellato's brand values and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Support Client Advisors during sales ceremonies and product presentations, facilitating seamless and personalized client journeys
- Assist with daily boutique activities and operational tasks that enhance the overall store experience
- Engage clients in conversations about products and the House's heritage, developing storytelling and client relationship skills
- Maintain a service-oriented, proactive approach to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Support the team in upholding high ethical standards and luxury retail service standards
