Pomellato is hiring a Client Advisor Intern in Florence, Italy — join the boutique team to support client relations, sales and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador in the Florence boutique, representing Pomellato’s aesthetic and service standards.
- Manage client relations across the customer lifecycle: greeting, needs assessment, personalised advising and after-sales follow-up.
- Develop and recruit new clients through active outreach, appointment management and in-store events.
- Drive sales performance by proposing appropriate products, supporting transactions and achieving individual targets.
- Support daily boutique operations including CRM data entry, appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and assist visual merchandising and inventory tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Fluent Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal sensitivity and client-centric approach.
- Demonstrable negotiation and persuasion skills tailored to luxury clientele.
- High ethical standards, professionalism and discretion in client interactions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, proactivity and a collaborative team attitude.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
Skills
Experience
Internship-level role; no specific prior professional experience required. Previous retail, luxury sales or customer-facing experience is considered an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in business, marketing, communications, fashion, luxury management or a related discipline.
