DoDo seeks a part-time Client Advisor (Werkstudent) in Hamburg — deliver boutique clienteling, product storytelling and drive sales for the DoDo boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated brand ambassador, communicating DoDo’s values and heritage at every client touchpoint.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences through product storytelling and attentive service.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships using CRM and clienteling tools; proactively follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets, monitor KPIs and contribute to business performance using established retail applications.
- Maintain boutique standards: ensure product presentation, stock organisation, cleanliness and security in sales and back‑office areas.
- Support a positive team environment, participate in daily store operations and remain informed on market and fashion trends.
- Adhere to corporate appearance and behaviour guidelines in line with DoDo standards.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for the DoDo brand and jewellery.
- Fluent German and English (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, curiosity and a commercial mindset.
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele and adapt communication accordingly.
- Flexibility for shift work and robust multitasking ability during busy service periods.
- Openness to feedback, direct communication with team and management, and a solutions-focused attitude.
- Enrollment as a university student (Werkstudent) or equivalent eligibility for a student part‑time contract.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or luxury boutique sales experience is preferred; demonstrable success with CRM-driven clienteling and meeting sales KPIs is an advantage. Experience in jewellery or fashion retail is a plus.
Education
Currently enrolled as a university student (Werkstudent eligibility). Vocational retail training or relevant hospitality/retail education is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany.
