Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients in the boutique and throughout the pre- and post-sale lifecycle.
  • Manage and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, prospecting and follow-up activities.
  • Identify customer needs and translate them into sales opportunities to meet and exceed boutique targets.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating Pomellato’s values, design heritage and product knowledge with authenticity and discretion.
  • Support boutique operations including merchandising, stock management, appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks (email/calendar management).
  • Uphold the highest ethical and service standards in every client interaction and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal sensitivity and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client orientation with demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • High ethical standards, discretion and professionalism in dealing with clientele.

Experience
