Pomellato is hiring a seasonal Client Advisor in Forte dei Marmi. Join the boutique team to deliver exceptional client service and grow Pomellato’s clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador in the Forte dei Marmi boutique, conveying Pomellato’s values and aesthetic to clients.
- Manage client relationships end-to-end: identify needs, provide personalised product advice, and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Prospect and recruit new clients while maintaining and expanding the boutique’s existing clientele and client book.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to boutique targets through consultative selling and upselling of complementary pieces.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads using the boutique CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation to reflect brand standards and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and team to coordinate appointments, events, and client services.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong negotiation skills and a clear customer-centric orientation.
- Demonstrable ability to build and sustain professional client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive initiative and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a strong plus.
- Proficient use of MS Office and Outlook; familiarity with boutique CRM systems is advantageous.
- High ethical standards and discretion when handling client information and high-value items.
Skills
Experience
Previous client-facing experience in luxury retail or a boutique environment is preferred; demonstrable track record in client development and sales is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) is required; post-secondary studies in fashion, business or a related field are an advantage.

The successful candidate will be located in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
