DoDo Client Advisor role in Düsseldorf, Germany. Full-time, fixed-term luxury jewelry retail position at Kering-owned brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody DoDo brand values and philosophy with passion and authenticity, delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's commitment to excellence
  • Develop deep product knowledge and master the brand story, demonstrating expertise in all DoDo jewelry collections during customer interactions
  • Maintain products, sales floor, and back-office areas efficiently, cleanly, safely, and organized
  • Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships through personalized approaches and CRM/clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty
  • Welcome every customer and provide the best possible experience by mastering the brand story and heritage
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals by taking responsibility for sales results and working with KPIs and business applications
  • Support customers with purchases across all DoDo product categories and promote product knowledge and storytelling
  • Stay informed on fashion trends, competitive landscape, and market developments
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and participate in team activities that support overall boutique objectives
  • Leverage CRM KPIs to strengthen and advance clienteling activities
