DoDo Client Advisor position in Düsseldorf, Germany – part-time luxury jewelry retail role combining brand advocacy and personalized customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an authentic DoDo brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values and philosophy of sustainability, inclusivity, and emotional storytelling in all customer interactions
  • Master product knowledge and develop deep expertise in DoDo's jewelry collections, heritage, and creative vision
  • Maintain boutique presentation standards by keeping merchandise efficient, clean, safe, and organized in both sales floor and back-office areas
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while assuming responsibility for sales results and working effectively with KPIs and business applications
  • Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships through personalized service, utilizing CRM and clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty
  • Welcome all customers with exceptional service, providing tailored shopping experiences that reflect the brand's legacy and heritage
  • Support customers across all DoDo product categories while promoting product storytelling and brand knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive working environment and collaborate effectively on all boutique activities that support operational excellence
  • Monitor fashion trends and competitive landscape to remain current and informed
  • Adhere to corporate appearance and conduct standards aligned with DoDo brand guidelines
  • Apply CRM KPIs to strengthen and continuously develop clienteling activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving capabilities throughout a dynamic working day

Qualifications
