Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a passionate brand ambassador, conveying DODO’s values and heritage at every client touchpoint.
  • Deliver extraordinary, personalised client experiences through attentive service, storytelling and expert product advice.
  • Prospect, develop and maintain long-term client relationships using CRM and clienteling tools to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets; monitor and act on CRM KPIs and other business metrics.
  • Maintain boutique standards: ensure merchandise presentation, stock integrity, visual standards and back‑office organisation.
  • Collaborate proactively with colleagues to support store operations, events and product launches.
  • Stay informed on market and trend developments and competitor activity to inform selling approaches.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable passion for the DODO brand and fine jewellery.
  • Commercial mindset with curiosity, agility and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a diverse clientele.
  • Flexibility for shift work and capacity to perform in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Receptive to feedback with clear, direct communication style and strong teamwork orientation.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales with demonstrable clienteling results is preferred; prior use of CRM systems and experience meeting sales KPIs in a boutique environment is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury commerce is desirable but not mandatory.
