Pomellato Client Advisor position in Brussels—luxury jewelry sales, client relations, and brand ambassador role reporting to Boutique Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client relationships with a focus on understanding individual customer needs and preferences
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance to ensure an exceptional in-store experience
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying and communicating Pomellato's design philosophy, values, and commitment to ethical luxury
- Identify and recruit new clients while nurturing existing relationships to drive sales growth
- Deliver professional, attentive service that exceeds customer expectations in all interactions
- Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all client dealings
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and team to achieve boutique performance targets
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with exceptional interpersonal sensitivity
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
