DoDo Client Advisor position in Brescia, Italy. Full-time fixed-term luxury jewelry retail role with €25,000 annual compensation and sales incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating passion for DoDo's philosophy and heritage during all client interactions and selling ceremonies
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and master brand storytelling, communicating the emotional and sustainable values of DoDo collections
- Maintain boutique appearance and product displays in a clean, secure, and organized manner across front and back-of-house areas
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through individual outreach and personalized service using CRM and clientelling tools
- Achieve individual and team sales goals by leveraging KPIs, business applications, and sales incentives
- Monitor fashion trends and competitive landscape to stay current and inform customer consultations
- Participate actively in team initiatives and activities that contribute to overall boutique operations and positive work environment
- Welcome and assist all customers with professionalism, ensuring exemplary service that reflects DoDo's luxury standards
- Adhere strictly to company grooming standards, policies, and behavioral expectations in line with DoDo brand identity
- Support flexible shift scheduling and maintain availability for rotating hours as required by boutique operations
Qualifications
- Passion for the DoDo brand and luxury jewelry sector
- Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills with ability to work with diverse clientele
- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and business applications
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of current fashion and jewelry trends

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, high-jewelry sales, or client-facing hospitality environments is preferred. Demonstrated success in building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and working within fast-paced retail or boutique settings is advantageous. Prior experience with CRM platforms and clientelling practices is a plus.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; further education in luxury retail management, sales, or related disciplines is advantageous but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Brescia, Lombardy, Italy, with easy access to Milan.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 25,000 per annum.
