DoDo Client Advisor position in Bergamo, Italy—luxury jewelry retail role offering €25,000 annual salary with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and promote DoDo brand values and philosophy as a genuine brand ambassador during all client interactions
- Master in-depth product knowledge and jewelry storytelling to enhance customer engagement and confidence
- Maintain retail environment in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner across front and back of house
- Drive individual and team sales targets through strategic use of KPIs and business applications
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships using CRM and clientelling tools to foster brand loyalty
- Leverage CRM insights to identify opportunities for customer engagement and repeat business
- Stay current with fashion trends and competitive landscape to inform sales conversations
- Maintain compliance with DoDo grooming standards, dress code, and brand behavioral policies
- Contribute to a positive work environment through collaborative teamwork and collective problem-solving
- Welcome every customer with exceptional service, demonstrating mastery of brand heritage and emotional storytelling
- Support customers throughout the purchase journey across all product categories
- Participate in all store activities that contribute to operational excellence and boutique performance objectives
Qualifications
