Pomellato seeks a Client Advisor (maternity replacement) in Forte dei Marmi, Italy — boutique role focused on client development and exemplary service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable, personalised service to each client and act as an authentic brand ambassador in the boutique.
- Develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive prospecting, clienteling and relationship management.
- Identify customer needs and provide expert product advice to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to boutique commercial objectives.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and after-sales service with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual presentation, merchandising and stock integrity.
- Record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM and support targeted communications and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or jewellery boutique sales, with demonstrable client development results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation capability.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to high-net-worth client expectations.
- High ethical standards and a professional, discreet approach to client matters.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or jewellery boutique sales, with experience in client acquisition, relationship management and meeting sales targets. Prior exposure to high-end client service and boutique operations is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, luxury retail, business or a related discipline is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany, Italy, with easy access to Florence.
