Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the boutique to achieve sales objectives and KPIs, spending the majority of time on the sales floor to coach and support the team.
  • Translate mystery shopping feedback into targeted action plans and ensure their execution.
  • Coach sales teams continuously on exceptional service, advanced selling techniques and brand storytelling to deliver a unique client experience.
  • Resolve client concerns, disputes and complaints while protecting client satisfaction and brand integrity.
  • Uphold ethical behaviour, professional standards and impeccable client treatment across the store team.
  • Ensure boutique teams attend and apply training on collections, selling techniques, brand heritage, security and other relevant topics; partner with sales trainers to implement and follow up training plans.
  • Generate new business through proactive customer recruitment, event promotion/organisation and active social engagement with the local market.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships both inside and outside the boutique; implement client database activities according to marketing guidelines.
  • Maintain store appearance, safety and presentation to brand standards; report and escalate maintenance issues.
  • Manage product assortment, visual merchandising and in-store displays; monitor stock levels and manage inventory in line with KPIs.
  • Ensure team grooming standards are consistently met.
  • Supervise AFSS activities and requests as required.
  • Maintain strong market knowledge of competitors, local events, product assortments and pricing; stay aligned with brand locations and marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a boutique manager or equivalent store leadership role within luxury retail or a highly customer-focused environment.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Excellent communication skills and high interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a clear customer-orientation.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team-building and coaching capability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to develop local networks.
