Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of boutique business operations and performance metrics, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets
- Design and execute effective sales strategies while leveraging CRM systems to cultivate client relationships and drive business growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to foster engagement, motivation, and professional advancement
- Ensure exceptional and consistent client experiences aligned with brand positioning and luxury service standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in accordance with global brand guidelines
