Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve and exceed business objectives.
- Support daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee CRM activities to enhance customer relationships and loyalty.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Manage human resources functions, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Pomellato's values and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury brands.
Education
