Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and driving overall boutique performance
- Deliver exceptional client experiences consistent with Pomellato's brand values and service standards
- Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures
- Assist with client relationship management (CRM) activities and maintain strong clienteling practices
- Support visual merchandising presentations and maintain boutique aesthetics
- Contribute to loss prevention and security protocols
- Assist in human resources management tasks and support team development
