The After-Sales Specialist manages customer repairs end to end, coordinates repair workshops and supports subsidiaries with operational processes, training and Salesforce use. The role is based in Milan and offers a gross annual salary starting at €27,000 under the National Contract for Goldsmithing, Silversmithing and Jewellery Sector (C021), plus an annual variable bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer repairs end to end, ensuring service levels are met.
- Register incoming repairs.
- Prepare quotations after quality control or advance repairs to workshops in accordance with After-Sales policies.
- Send repairs to workshops or points of sale and manage their return in the relevant systems.
- Manage operational workflows and relationships with external repair workshops.
- Provide support and clarification throughout the repair process.
- Provide operational support and training to subsidiaries to ensure consistent processes and service standards, particularly for local subsidiaries using Salesforce in the USA, Mexico, Japan and APAC.
- Conduct technical analysis of repairs and monitor product performance, with a focus on new collections.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an After-Sales department is appreciated.
- Problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Stealth ERP and Salesforce applications is a plus.

The base compensation for this position is EUR 27,000 per annum.
