DoDo Accounting Intern opportunity in Milan. Support Accounts Payable operations and financial processes with Kering's luxury jewelry brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Accounts Payable team in processing and recording supplier invoices
- Verify invoice accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and approval workflows
- Assist in the reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies
- Support payment preparation and monitoring activities
- Maintain and update supplier master data within the accounting system
- Assist with month-end closing activities and AP account reconciliations
- Archive and organize accounting documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to address accounting-related inquiries
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in accounting and financial processes
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Skills
Experience
Strong interest in accounting and financial processes with demonstrated analytical and organizational capabilities. Prior exposure to accounting software or financial documentation management preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
