Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while proactively developing a dedicated Piaget client base and identifying prospective clientele
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations, demonstrating the refined luxury lifestyle of Piaget through professional grooming, comportment, and attitude
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Piaget watch and jewelry creations to deliver authoritative product education and recommendations
- Build and maintain local and international client databases, implementing effective data capture and follow-up protocols to ensure client loyalty and repeat business
- Participate in boutique events and client experiences to cultivate relationships and expand prospective clientele
- Resolve client challenges with professionalism and promptness, investigating problems and developing solutions in consultation with boutique management
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with boutique guidelines, ensuring exceptional merchandise presentation and cleanliness
- Execute all sales transactions in the SAP system and maintain accurate inventory records
- Control inventory quality, participate in daily and annual inventory counts, and take ownership of designated product categories
- Support after-sales client care and maintain detailed records of customer service interactions and reservations
- Attend and actively participate in all boutique meetings, training sessions, and special projects as directed

Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, horology, or upscale hospitality
