Piaget is seeking a Watch and Jewelry Consultant in Beverly Hills to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales targets and develop a client base. The role covers clienteling, boutique operations, SAP sales processing, inventory oversight and visual merchandising. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while proactively developing a Piaget client base.
- Identify and recruit prospective clients.
- Assist and support after-sales clients.
- Build detailed knowledge of Piaget creations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in boutique events to develop prospective clientele.
- Share ideas and recommendations with management to develop individual business.
- Follow and implement procedures, standards and policies outlined in the Retail Book and RISE.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds client expectations at every opportunity.
- Represent Piaget’s luxury lifestyle through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and conduct.
- Provide the highest level of service and care to clients and prospects.
- Capture client data and follow up effectively with clients, prospects, customer service cases and reservations.
- Build, develop and maintain a local and international client database to foster client loyalty.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally by investigating issues, developing solutions and making recommendations to Boutique Management.
- Recommend improvements to management across boutique operations and maintenance.
- Attend and participate in required boutique meetings and training.
- Support management with back-of-house and administrative operations as requested.
- Support the boutique with ad hoc responsibilities, demonstrating flexibility.
- Complete all sales in SAP.
- Monitor inventory condition, including scratches, movements and quartz-watch batteries, to maintain merchandise in exceptional selling condition.
- Participate in and support daily and annual inventories.
- Take ownership of assigned inventory categories and maintain the highest standards.
- Implement the Boutique Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique cleanliness.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience, with a strong passion for and understanding of the luxury retail and/or service industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Professional grooming and a professional, conscientious and reliable attitude.
- Initiative, conscientiousness and thorough follow-through across all responsibilities.
- Collaborative team spirit and the ability to work effectively within a group or team.
- Innovation and initiative in setting customer care standards.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office software.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated, with a consistently positive attitude.
