Piaget is hiring a Sales Associate in Seoul (Hyundai COEX) — luxury boutique role delivering high-touch client service and sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele in a luxury boutique environment, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and tailored product presentations.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge of Piaget timepieces and jewellery to advise clients on technical, stylistic and provenance aspects.
  • Maintain boutique standards for merchandising, visual presentation and stock integrity; assist with inventory, receiving and replenishment processes.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage after-sales follow-up, including basic servicing coordination.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and regional sales managers to execute brand initiatives, events and VIP appointments.
  • Adhere to brand compliance, security procedures and luxury service protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury watches, jewellery or high-end fashion; boutique-level experience preferred.
  • Strong clienteling aptitude with a track record of developing and converting high-value relationships.
  • Polished professional presentation, discretion and a service-first mentality appropriate to a luxury maison.
  • Commercial acumen with an ability to meet sales KPIs while maintaining brand standards.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evenings to match boutique trading hours.
