Piaget in Hong Kong seeks a Retail Coordinator (contract) to manage boutique operations, inventory and events for its luxury watch and jewellery network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations across the Hong Kong retail network, ensuring consistency with brand standards and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory workflows including stock receipts, transfers, reconciliations and liaison with logistics and central warehouse teams.
- Support boutique leadership with scheduling, reporting and KPI tracking; prepare regular operational and sales reports for regional management.
- Act as primary liaison between boutiques and headquarters for product allocations, stock enquiries and administrative requests.
- Assist with store events, client appointments and in-store activations, coordinating logistics and cross-functional participation.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, visual merchandising and service protocols; facilitate in-store training and on-boarding when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury watches, jewellery or high-end fashion boutiques.
- Demonstrable knowledge of retail stock management, POS procedures and basic financial reconciliation.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to liaise effectively with store teams, regional managers and third-party suppliers.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and to travel between boutiques in Hong Kong as required.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail operations or coordination experience within a luxury retail environment, with exposure to inventory control, boutique support and cross-functional liaison.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or related discipline preferred; equivalent vocational experience accepted.
