Piaget in Plan‑les‑Ouates (Geneva) seeks a Retail & Partner Retail Excellence Intern to support retail projects, partner governance and KPI analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Excellence team in the design, coordination and delivery of initiatives for mono‑brand boutiques and partner retailers.
- Assist with partner retail governance: track action plans, prepare briefings, and follow up on corrective measures with internal stakeholders and third‑party partners.
- Collect, analyse and visualise retail performance metrics and KPIs to inform continuous‑improvement recommendations.
- Prepare presentations, training materials and operational toolkits for store teams and wholesale partners.
- Contribute to store visit reports, mystery shopping analyses and retail audits; coordinate logistics for regional projects and workshops.
- Maintain project documentation, update trackers and ensure timely communication between Commercial, Wholesale and Retail teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Retail Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and a structured approach to project work.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal; confident preparing executive‑level presentations.
- A keen interest in luxury watches and jewellery and an understanding of retail operations is advantageous.

Experience
Prior internship experience or practical exposure to retail operations, client‑facing environments, or project support is desirable; experience within the luxury sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate degree programme (Business, Marketing, Retail Management or equivalent).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Plan‑les‑Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland, with easy access to Geneva.
