Role & Responsibilities
- Support the product marketing team in preparing seasonal product launches and high-jewellery collections, including briefs, launch calendars and internal communications.
- Produce product content and storytelling — product descriptions, spec sheets, key messages and pitch decks for internal stakeholders and retail teams.
- Coordinate with design, production and retail teams to manage sample logistics, photography requests and product approvals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, pricing insights and go-to-market recommendations for jewellery and high-jewellery pieces.
- Prepare presentations and training materials for boutiques, wholesale partners and client-facing teams; assist in product training sessions.
- Maintain and update the product database, assets library and launch trackers to ensure accurate, timely information flow.
- Support event preparation for trunk shows, press previews and client appointments when required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business, Communications, Jewellery Design or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury jewellery, watchmaking or high-end product marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high editorial standards.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across creative, commercial and retail teams and to handle confidential product information with discretion.
- Proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn about materials, gemology and product construction.

Experience
Some prior internship or project experience in marketing, luxury goods, retail, or a creative environment is advantageous but not mandatory; demonstrable coursework or personal projects related to product marketing or jewellery will be considered.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's level studies in Marketing, Luxury Management, Business, Communications, Jewellery Design, or related field (in progress or recently completed).
