Piaget seeks an Organizational Development Manager to report to the Chief People Officer and partner with the executive team on organizational design, operating model optimization, workforce planning, and change initiatives across global functions and markets. The role requires at least 7 years of professional experience and is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop target organizational structures aligned with strategic business objectives across headquarters and global markets.
- Optimize operational workflows, department-specific processes, and cross-functional collaboration models to improve agility and efficiency.
- Manage organizational projects, timelines, deliverables, and communications, and equip leaders with change management tools.
- Define and support change management approaches for successful implementation and sustained adoption of new organizational models.
- Support workforce planning with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise, aligning resources and capabilities with evolving needs.
- Facilitate change initiatives aligned with Piaget’s values to foster engagement and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certifications in Change Management or Project Management are a plus.
- Significant exposure to Retail, ideally Luxury Retail, with an appreciation for its distinctive operating realities and customer journeys.
- Proven track record in organizational design, operating model optimization, ways of working, and business transformation projects from diagnosis through implementation.
- Strong understanding of organizational design principles, process optimization, and change management tools; highly analytical and able to turn data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and drive successful change adoption.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving, with comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Proficient in data analysis, organizational charting tools, and presentation applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential topics with utmost discretion and tact.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French.

Experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, ideally in management or strategy consulting focused on operating models, organization, or change, or in in-house corporate transformation or HR PMO roles.
Education
University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. Certifications in Change Management or Project Management are a plus.
