Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the integrated marketing, communications and client strategy for Southeast Asia & Oceania, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.
- Oversee regional PR, media relations and editorial partnerships to build earned visibility and curate brand narratives across markets.
- Develop and execute CRM and clienteling programmes to deepen high-value client relationships, increase retention and drive lifetime value.
- Plan and deliver regional product launches, seasonal campaigns and experiential events in collaboration with boutiques, retail partners and external agencies.
- Coordinate with global HQ and cross-functional regional teams (retail, wholesale, digital, product) to ensure omni-channel consistency and commercial impact.
- Manage external agency partners, vendors and media budgets; monitor KPIs and measure campaign ROI.
- Lead, mentor and develop a small regional team and act as a senior brand ambassador with key stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in luxury goods marketing and communications, preferably within watches and/or high jewelry.
- Demonstrable track record of designing and scaling CRM/clienteling programmes and successful regional campaigns across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience working alongside retail, wholesale and HQ teams.
- Excellent media and agency management experience with a network of regional PR and experiential partners.
- Strategic thinker with commercial orientation and ability to translate brand strategy into measurable activation plans.

Experience
Significant senior experience in luxury marketing and communications, typically 8+ years with progressive responsibility and demonstrable success leading regional initiatives across Southeast Asia and Oceania; prior experience in watches or high jewelry strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or specialised luxury marketing qualifications advantageous.
