Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders in Plan‑les‑Ouates, aligning people priorities with commercial objectives and product development cycles.
- Drive workforce planning, organisational design and talent reviews to ensure capability coverage for watchmaking and jewellery operations.
- Lead employee relations, performance management and succession planning processes, ensuring consistency with group policies and Swiss employment law.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract senior technical, creative and retail management talent and support onboarding for key hires.
- Define and implement learning, development and leadership programmes tailored to artisan, manufacturing and commercial populations.
- Advise on total rewards, compensation reviews and mobility, collaborating with global HR and compensation teams to ensure internal equity.
- Sponsor change-management initiatives, cross-functional HR projects and continuous-improvement activities to enhance people processes.
- Provide HR metrics, workforce analytics and regular reporting to business leaders and HR leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related discipline; advanced degree or HR certification preferred (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
- Proven track record as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist, typically 5+ years in HR, preferably within luxury goods, manufacturing or retail.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and labour relations; experience supporting operations in Switzerland or multilingual environments.
- Demonstrated capability advising senior stakeholders and influencing at executive level.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality managing sensitive people matters.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist; prior exposure to luxury goods, manufacturing, or retail environments and experience working within a matrixed, multilingual organisation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or recognised HR certification preferred.
