Piaget seeks an Event Supervisor in Seoul to support daily departmental activities, including Marketing & Communication administration and communication, while contributing to application and infrastructure initiatives, project delivery, reporting, and routine support services. This is a one-year temporary position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the department with daily activities, including administration and communication for Marketing & Communication tasks.
- Analyze existing and new applications to identify opportunities for modification and improvement.
- Design and select storage, data center, network, and client/server solutions aligned with industry best practices, and provide third-line escalation support for global infrastructure solutions.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within the internal client organization, contributing to partnership management and delivering professional services through established routines or agreed projects.
- Contribute to architecture blueprints for related systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Develop capabilities through assessment and development planning, formal and informal training, and coaching; stay current on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, conferences, and specialist media.
- Gather data from standard sources and produce precise reports in standard formats.
- Respond to routine functional inquiries efficiently by following established procedures and precedents.
- Execute assigned project activities within defined time and quality parameters and in accordance with the prescribed project management methodology.
- Understand and comply with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes; seek supervisor or manager authorization before deviating from mandatory procedures.
- Implement improvements, provide constructive feedback, and use change management systems and protocols to deliver routine support services.
