Piaget seeks an E‑Business Specialist in Amsterdam to drive e‑commerce performance across Europe for the luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive online revenue and conversion across Piaget's European e‑commerce footprint through merchandising, promotions and category management.
- Own product content management, digital merchandising and catalogue quality to ensure brand-compliant presentation and accurate product data across channels.
- Manage relationships with platform partners, marketplaces and third‑party service providers; coordinate local launches and promotional calendars across European markets.
- Monitor and analyse commercial and digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention) to identify opportunities and report performance to regional and HQ stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, supply chain and IT to align digital campaigns, inventory availability and fulfilment for optimal customer experience.
- Support UX optimisation, A/B testing and site personalisation initiatives in partnership with agencies and internal digital teams.
- Ensure pricing, VAT/compliance and local regulatory requirements are applied correctly across markets and channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrable experience managing e‑commerce operations for a consumer brand, preferably within luxury goods, watches or jewellery.
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience using digital performance metrics to drive commercial decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills across cross‑functional and multi‑market teams.
- Commercial mindset with attention to brand standards and customer experience; adaptability to fast‑paced digital initiatives.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in e‑commerce or digital commerce roles, with a record of managing online sales or digital operations across multiple European markets. Prior exposure to luxury or premium retail sectors is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce or equivalent; postgraduate qualification in digital marketing or e‑commerce is a plus.
