Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Director in delivering and exceeding sales targets and commercial objectives at the Grand Vendôme boutique.
- Lead daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, cash management and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Supervise, motivate and develop the sales team through coaching, performance reviews and on‑the‑job training.
- Manage VIP relationships and high‑value clienteling activities to cultivate repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation in line with Piaget brand standards.
- Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation and coordination of shipments with headquarters and logistics.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare regular sales and operational reports, and implement corrective actions to optimise performance.
- Contribute to staff scheduling, recruitment and administrative duties as required by boutique operations.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with experience supervising a retail team in a luxury environment.
- Strong commercial orientation with a record of meeting or exceeding boutique sales targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and familiarity with store operations, cash handling and inventory procedures.
