Piaget is hiring a Deputy Boutique Manager in Riyadh — lead boutique operations and client service for the luxury watch and jewellery maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in delivering sales targets, monitoring KPIs and implementing commercial initiatives tailored to the Riyadh market.
  • Provide exemplary client service and lead VIP clienteling activities, including bespoke appointments, follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
  • Coach, mentor and develop boutique sales advisors to uphold maison standards for presentation, etiquette and product knowledge.
  • Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, stock control, inventory audits and loss-prevention measures.
  • Ensure accurate visual merchandising and presentation consistent with global brand directives and local merchandising calendars.
  • Coordinate after‑sales service and repairs with internal ateliers and external service partners to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Assist with recruitment, staff rostering and performance reviews, and represent the boutique in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales and operational reports to regional management and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches, jewellery or high-end fashion.
  • Track record of achieving commercial targets and managing KPI-driven teams in a boutique environment.
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills with the ability to coach on selling techniques and product knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of luxury merchandising standards, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and the ability to service high-net-worth clients with personalised attention.

Experience
