Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects for customer service (CS) systems, from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare.

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria; supervise system design, integration and test strategies.
- Establish reporting cadence, dashboards and executive updates; escalate issues and propose corrective actions to senior stakeholders.
- Champion quality assurance and operational readiness activities including UAT, training, cutover planning and post‑implementation support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven certification or strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum).
- Demonstrable experience managing CRM, after‑sales or customer service system implementations (Salesforce or equivalent preferred).
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience in multi‑vendor technical landscapes.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief executive leadership and technical teams.

At least 5 years of progressive technical project management experience delivering IT, CRM or customer service systems; prior exposure to luxury goods, watchmaking or after‑sales operations is highly desirable.
Education
