Communications & Client Experience Assistant internship at Piaget Paris, 6 months. Support events, media, and PR across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage operational delivery of high-profile client and press events, including planning, coordination, follow-up, and post-event reporting
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (regional markets, agencies, boutiques) across multiple European markets
- Execute premium client experiences aligned with Piaget's luxury positioning
- Oversee gifting programs and manage associated logistics
- Monitor event budgets and handle administrative requirements
- Deploy media campaigns (print, digital, out-of-home advertising) in coordination with media partners
- Review campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Liaise with PR agencies and coordinate communications deliverables
- Organize product shoots, managing timelines, logistics, and security protocols
- Process press requests for imagery and product information
- Track press activations and gifting initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis
- Contribute to strategic presentations and provide operational support to the Communications team
Qualifications
- First significant professional experience in communications, events, or marketing
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail with rigorous execution standards
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated sensitivity to luxury brand codes and etiquette
- Diploma from a business school or equivalent qualification
- Fluent English (essential)
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
