Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, business estimates, and review decks to support Commercial decision-making
- Execute end-to-end management of monthly boutique commission and incentive calculations, including sales data extraction, individual and boutique payout calculations, and HR/Payroll submission coordination
- Maintain and update key commercial dashboards and KPI tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of performance metrics
- Facilitate stock takes and inventory tracking to optimize commercial product availability and flag replenishment opportunities
- Own the complete procurement process for Visual Merchandising collaterals and CRM gifts, including order collation, quantity verification, and supplier coordination
- Provide back-office administrative support to boutiques, including uniform arrangements, packaging orders, and stationery procurement
- Coordinate with external vendors, manage payment follow-ups, and process invoices for the retail network
- Act as primary liaison for boutique maintenance, renovation project logistics, and administrative tracking
- Deliver analytical and coordination support for larger boutique projects including renovation rollouts and regional market visits
- Provide rapid-turnaround analysis and administrative support as directed by Commercial and Managing Directors
