Piaget is hiring a Sales Associate in Seoul (Lotte Main) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales at its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke, high-touch client service and build enduring relationships with discerning customers.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
  • Provide expert product advice on Piaget watches and high jewellery, explaining craftsmanship, materials and technical specifications.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups, and coordinate after-sales service to foster repeat business.
  • Uphold boutique visual and presentation standards through merchandising, window dressing and stock rotation.
  • Process sales transactions, manage POS and cash handling procedures, and support inventory control and loss-prevention measures.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and cross-departmental initiatives under the direction of the store manager.
  • Ensure full compliance with brand policies, local regulations and luxury retail operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or department store boutique sales, ideally within watches or high jewellery.
  • Demonstrable ability to deliver personalised customer experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation and discretion handling high-value transactions.
  • Familiarity with clienteling practices and basic POS/transaction procedures.
  • Legal authorization to work in South Korea.
