Piaget is seeking a Boutique Manager for its Marina Bay Sands boutique in Singapore to drive business development, deliver exceptional personalized client experiences, and recruit and develop a high-performing sales team. The role focuses on boutique performance and sharing Piaget’s creations and lifestyle with local and international clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify new business leads and opportunities, and develop a strong business development strategy as a Piaget Ambassador.
- Deliver exceptional client service and a personalized client experience that creates a “wow effect.”
- Recruit, manage, coach and develop the sales team, building a complementary, business-oriented and positive team.
Qualifications
- Maintain complete focus on clients and strive for their full satisfaction.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and be audacious, curious, positive, flexible, organized and reliable.
- Be passionate about sharing knowledge and experience to develop and inspire the team.

- Fluent English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
