Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a dynamic business development strategy to identify new business opportunities and establish the boutique as a premier destination for Piaget's exceptional timepieces and jewelry collections
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client service experience that consistently creates memorable moments and reinforces Piaget's luxury lifestyle positioning
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop a complementary sales team that is business-oriented, positive, and aligned with the brand's values of excellence and innovation
- Manage boutique operations and performance metrics as if owning the business, driving revenue growth and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of service
