Piaget is seeking an Assistant Manager in Daegu to support sales personnel and lead daily store-department operations. The role includes customer service, product demonstrations, order processing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assists sales personnel without actively participating in the sales process.
- Demonstrates product or service features and attributes, providing detailed demonstrations upon request.
- Provides advanced product and service information and responds effectively to basic customer inquiries.
- Leads daily operations within a store department, ensuring smooth workflow and completion of tasks.
- Records and processes custom or special customer orders accurately, managing uncertain delivery expectations.
- Responds promptly and appropriately to basic escalations, obtaining managerial approval when necessary.
- Designs and manages monthly schedules, assigns tasks to support office workflow, and prioritizes high-priority tasks.
