Role & Responsibilities
- Motivate and manage Beauty Consultants (BCs) to foster team spirit and results orientation.
- Provide regular feedback and conduct annual evaluations for BCs.
- Oversee BC selection and temporary hiring processes.
- Track vacations, overtime, sick leave, absences, and team schedules.
- Develop checklists to identify training needs, performance gaps, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver brand, product, and customer experience training, managing logistics and coordinating with the Training Manager.
- Encourage participation in digital training initiatives.
- Manage customer relationships and sales targets, tracking performance metrics.
- Update visual merchandising and ensure optimal brand placement.
- Implement and supervise trade campaigns, organizing routes and visit reports.
Qualifications
- Professional education.
- Availability to travel at least 80% of the time.
- Experience in the luxury or beauty market.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury or beauty market.

Professional education required.
