Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive production schedules to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Manage all administrative tasks, including contracts, NDAs, usage rights agreements, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
- Maintain and update asset libraries, usage rights documentation, and content archiving systems to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and creative, as well as external production companies, to ensure seamless content creation.
- Lead the production of high-quality photo, video, and digital content across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance, including on-set production management.
- Closely monitor content budgets, proactively addressing potential overages and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align production activities with campaign needs and marketing strategies.
- Ensure all elements are prepared in advance of scheduled productions through cross-functional coordination.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with external vendors and creative production teams.
- Demonstrated skills in managing contracts, licensing agreements, and content rights.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in content production, creative operations, or a similar role, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion beauty industry.
