Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate customer contact and welcome them at the counter and through active engagement.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and propose fragrance products, suggesting complementary items within the category.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and the brand's heritage.
- Maintain counter merchandising in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the Manager.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in advanced Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.
