Role & Responsibilities
- Sell LOEWE products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact with customers and engage them both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
- Identify and understand customer needs to offer personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and propose additional products within the fragrance category.
- Cultivate personal and enduring relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and the brand's heritage.
- Participate in maintaining counter merchandising in line with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Manager.
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are highly valued.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industries, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.
