Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end-to-end digital strategy to drive ecommerce growth, customer acquisition and retention across the UK and key international markets.
- Own online commercial performance: set KPIs, manage forecasts, track P&L contribution and deliver improvements in conversion and average order value.
- Plan and manage paid digital channels (search, social, programmatic) and owned channels (email, onsite content) in partnership with agencies and in-house teams.
- Lead website optimisation and user experience initiatives through A/B testing, CRO techniques and close collaboration with UX/design and tech teams.
- Define CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy with segmentation, personalisation and reporting to maximise lifetime value.
- Establish rigorous reporting and analytics frameworks to measure campaign ROI, customer behaviour and digital funnel performance.
- Manage and mentor a small digital team and external partners, ensuring cross-functional alignment with merchandising, retail, creative and IT stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of senior digital/ecommerce leadership within beauty, fragrance, luxury or premium consumer brands.
- Demonstrable experience driving online revenue growth, with responsibility for paid media, site optimisation and CRM.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience setting KPI frameworks and translating analytics into commercial decisions.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors and cross-functional stakeholders in fast-moving retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading or mentoring a small team.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive digital/ecommerce experience, with several years in a senior or lead role within luxury, beauty or premium retail. Proven history of delivering measurable online revenue growth, managing paid channels and optimising onsite customer journeys.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
