About Penhaligon's

Penhaligon's is seeking a graduate to support its Business Development and International Marketing team, coordinating communications between the global brand and markets and contributing to campaign planning, forecasting and operational delivery. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the rollout of global and regional campaigns and ensure launch materials are communicated to markets.
- Support local marketing initiatives by preparing market briefs for ad hoc requests.
- Compile and deliver post-campaign reports and analysis to Brand teams, and share best practices with markets.
- Support the Business Development team in communications with global markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Visual Merchandising, Product Development, Education and PR.
- Support the Business Development team in coordinating the global forecasting process.
- Review market forecasts with the team to ensure they reflect the guidelines.
- Work with Product Development to track launch availability dates and communicate updates to markets.
- Provide administrative support, including sending samples to markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Well organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
- Keen interest in luxury, beauty and premium consumer brands.
