Penhaligon's is seeking a Fragrance Specialist for its Bluewater team in Dartford on a two-month temporary contract, working 15 hours per week across two days from Monday to Sunday. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering personalised fragrance experiences, building customer loyalty and maintaining brand and retail-partner standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and account sales targets.
- Deliver a personalised, memorable experience to every customer.
- Anticipate customer needs and recommend products suited to individual preferences.
- Promote Puig brands with passion, confidence and enthusiasm; develop brand awareness and build lasting customer relationships.
- Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service and meaningful engagement.

- Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.

- Passion for Puig’s products, brands and customer experience.
